baby octopus that they cooked sous vide for 16 hrs (texture unlike any other octopus ive had) w grapefruit, hierloom tomato, cress, chorizo chip, and ginger sauce... awesome
among other things we ate were malted custard french toast w stone fruit, lime leaf cream, and pink peppercorn... and a cure trout quiche that was the best quiche ive had to date... perfect silky texture w a great crust
real solid bar food... for $10 you can get a killer burger with cheddar, bacon, fried egg, lettuce, tomato, raw onion, pickle and jalapenos on a pretzel bun.. hand cut fries and a genny cream ale.. we added some hot wings and deep fried tempura bacon (cholesterol free) and spent $20 a piece.. real good lunch although my rare burger came medium and my egg was not runny (eeerrrrrrrrr!!!)
