eggs benedict... house made english muffin, steamed egg, spinach hollandaise, crispy pork belly, and cocoa nib brittle... titties everywhere
baby octopus that they cooked sous vide for 16 hrs (texture unlike any other octopus ive had) w grapefruit, hierloom tomato, cress, chorizo chip, and ginger sauce... awesome
among other things we ate were malted custard french toast w stone fruit, lime leaf cream, and pink peppercorn... and a cure trout quiche that was the best quiche ive had to date... perfect silky texture w a great crust
