we found a little mexican spot with one older lady working there.. she really was an amazing cook.. chelseas first experience with menudo was successful.. menudo is a hangover cure (we used it to warm up) and served usually on sat and sun.. its made from honeycomb tripe (the first 2 chambers of a cows stomach lining), pancreas, and pig feet.. its stewed with chili, lots of chili and hominy.. then finished with onions lime and cilantro.. the second time ive had menudo outside of mexico.. a really gratifying soup
