ive been to schwa 3 times now and had the three best overall meals of my life... the chef owner michael carlson is a no bullshit kinda dude that tells it like it is.. a restaurant doing this calliber food is usually full of yuppy clientele and nerd cooks.. not the case here.. its a small dining room w no servers 4 bad ass cooks and a dishwasher, good hip hop in the backround and great food... i love the fact that i feel right at home and the suits that waited 3 months for reservations feel akward... killer killer killer spot
