as i continue on in my 'everything edible should be smoked' phase of my culinary life, it is the one thing i am loving about oklahoma.. this is a spot called the rockin rib in tishomingo.. every bbq place we've been to has had really cool people working there and this is no different... afterall they are surrounded by bbq all day!! id be in a great mood also
